Microsoft uses insanely long voice names. I was successful with my Win7 PC, tested & scanned clean. The Mexican Spanish voice is ".(es-MX, Hilda)". WINDOWS 7-10: Neuber has a free utility program at that installs both the required Microsoft Runtime if not already present and the selected Microsoft voice directly from Microsoft, so you must be online to use it.
